Companies need a different kind of leadership.

Modern corporate life is not what it used to be.
Leaders and their teams need deep skillsets to navigate what can seem like chaos.

The good news is your brain and body are already wired to do this.

Hi, I’m Aliceanne.

I’m an Organizational Psychologist and executive coach, with more than 20 years experience in companies large and small. My specialty is building emotionally intelligent leaders and teams using their everyday, real-life experiences.

Everything I do is grounded is psychology, neuroscience, and interpersonal neurobiology. A breakthrough is not hard, nor are they uncommon.

Let’s explore if my approach is right for you.

What’s it like?

In-depth emotional intelligence work is uncommon in the corporate landscape. But it’s becoming much less uncommon. Or perhaps the usual way of doing things just doesn’t work anymore. The youngest generations entering the workforce demand incredible authenticity from their leaders. Your customers need innovative solutions (yesterday) to increasingly complex problems. And no one has access to complete information.

We need a paradigm shift, and the work I do is a huge piece of the puzzle.

  • First and foremost, you have a body! (I know, that’s a weird thing to think about at work.) But without it, your brilliant ideas run the risk of only ever living in your head. The body is the bridge. Learn how to bring yourself and your team more to life. It’s here we can connect to our intuition.

  • The latest neuroscience and psychology is critical to navigate this space - like building blocks that provide a place for us to put our emotional experience and wisdom.

  • We’re all human. And we’re all trying the best we can with what we currently know. Work is sometimes a very challenging place, and we’ve all ran into the limits of our mind unable to “figure it out”. This is where the power of our heart can help.

  • "All of the exercises we did were incredibly useful. The content also gave me new insights to think about factors influencing my decisions, conscious or unconscious."

    VP, Corporate Strategy

  • “I love how Carrie pulled things together from so many different sources. The tools and methods she provided could be used both inside and outside of work. Everything was in the spirit of self-awareness and as a collective.”

    Senior Manager, Physical Security

  • “Your workshops provided an interesting perspective. You’re getting us to think about things we probably don’t focus on regularly, and there’s good value to that. I like how you keep things moving and you bring a positive way to reframe our experiences.”

    Cybersecurity C-Suite

  • “Creating a space for us to think, self-reflect, and learn is so helpful. I believe the social interaction in breakout groups and seeing how people think was just as beneficial as the materials and training you provided.”

    VP, Cybersecurity

  • "Special kudos to Carrie, she is amazing. She created an environment where everyone felt comfortable and open. I loved the experience."

    VP, Marketing

  • "I really enjoyed the opportunity to pair us with leaders and individuals outside my immediate organization and within my own. It was both eye-opening and humbling to have exposure to the types of situations the people around me are facing."

    Manager, Product Security

  • "If I had received this training earlier in my career, I would have chosen a very different path. Powerful. I'll be unpacking everything I learned for a long time."

    Senior Director, Marketing

  • "I've always known humans were not like computers, but... it's nice to understand now how to be with other people authentically."
